We want to make your shopping experience at simple and convenient. That’s why we’re pleased to offer you three ways to receive your purchase: Standard Delivery, 2nd Day, and Next Day. Our preferred carrier is:

Below is a list of estimated shipping times for in-stock merchandise to be shipped and delivered to you. At this time, we only deliver to the United States of America.

Standard Delivery
Orders shipped via Standard Delivery will typically ship within 3 days of receiving credit card authorization and verification. Once shipped, you can expect it to arrive within
7-10 business days.

2nd Day Delivery
Orders placed with 2nd Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within 2 business days of receiving credit card authorization and verification. Once shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 2-3 business days.

Next Business Day Delivery
Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) by 12:00 PM CST ship that same day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Allow extra delivery time for Alaska & Hawaii.

How to Return an Item
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

We offer 30 Day Free Return Shipping for your item. The Return Shipping Label will be included in the box when you receive your item. Vilanza Luxe LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will also notify you and initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Complete the "Returns or Exchange form and return it with the item. If you do not have the form, please enclose your name, address, phone number, and the date of purchase with the item and mail it to:
